The dedicated PMC team of PS Digitech-HR (India) Pvt Ltd. shall work with close co-ordination with client and the project consultant and all other project stake holders to create an initial project scope, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and work out the project timings. The project schedule, activity sequencing and incorporation of changes shall also be the direct responsibility of PS Digitech-HR (India) Pvt Ltd. team. Once the schedule is finalized it shall be published to all concerned for construction to begin.
