History :

PS Digitech is a very young and highly dynamic Project Management & Engineering Services Company. It is managed by a group of highly trained project management professionals with multidisciplinary skills and a wide spectrum of experience. The company is headquartered in Kolkata, India.

The journey started in 2007, Sudeshna Banerjee and Prosenjit Dutta joined hands to give shape to an idea of creating a venture to offer specialized training in Engineering and Project Management. By end of 2008, we evolved into Project Management and Engineering Consultancy. Over a short period of operations, we successfully completed projects in sectors like Cement, Power, Iron & Steel and also Residential & Commercial Buildings.

PS Digitech in 2011, grew in its size and services and became a Private Limited company. Since then we have built strategic alliances and relationships with medium and large-scale companies. We have successfully delivered our services for large domestic and international companies. Over 2 decades we have worked for almost all possible ranges of projects. Each of our client requirements have been looked after in the most comprehensive way possible considering the time and budget constraints that one may have.

Prosenjit Dutta

Result driven, Project Management Professional with 35+ years of expertise in all facets of Construction Project Management. Versatile track record for successful completion of high value construction projects though co-ordination of all project processes, developing partnerships with stakeholders, Encompassing Research and Development, Information System Deployment and Management, Cross-functional Team Leadership, Quality Control & Quality Assurance, Training & Development, Leading Project Management Technology Identification & Analysis.
Co-founder of DIGITECH-HR in 2007 and led the company as Head of Operation from its inception till date. Starting May 2011, company status has changed from proprietorship firm to Private Limited company and started playing the role of Executive Director and the Head of Operations.

Sudeshna Banerjee

With a robust background in business development and a comprehensive understanding of project management and Business Development, Sudeshna Banerjee is a self-motivated business executive and entrepreneur. Her focus is on creating highly effective, innovative teams that further technological advancements in Project Management. She has more than a decade of experience in Project Management technology and Training. Her journey began with a diverse educational foundation, including Post Graduation in Zoology and PGDCA in Computer Science. Eager to expand he entrepreneurial skills, she pursued an Executive M.B.A in Entrepreneurship Management from the prestigious INDIAN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS in Hyderabad.
In 2007, she founded DIGITECH-HR, a venture aimed at revolutionizing the intersection of technology and human resources. Since its inception, she had spearheaded the company's growth trajectory as the Head of Business Development. Over the years, her hands-on approach and strategic vision have propelled DIGITECH-HR to new heights of success.
In May 2011, marking a significant milestone in the journey, DIGITECH-HR transitioned from a proprietorship firm to a private limited company, PS DIGITECH-HR (INDIA) PVT. LTD. (PS DIGITECH). This transformation saw taking on the role of Managing Director in addition to leading the Business Development division. As Managing Director, she has championed a culture of innovation and excellence, driving the company forward amidst evolving market dynamics. Her approach to business is characterized by meticulous organization, attention to detail, and a relentless pursuit of professionalism. she thrives in dynamic environments, adept at managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently without compromising on quality or efficiency.
Throughout her career, she has remained committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies. This commitment, coupled with a relentless passion for entrepreneurship, have enabled her to navigate challenges and seize opportunities with agility and foresight.

Anirudhha Sarkar

Aniruddha Sarkar, B.Com (Hons), Law Graduate, Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (MIIA) and a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) has more than 32 years of industry experience. He completed his schooling from South Point High School and graduated from St. Xavier’s’ College, Kolkata. He worked in very senior positions in Finance & Legal in various renowned organizations like TATA Davy Ltd., ABB Ltd., Dunlop India Ltd., Eveready Industries India Ltd., Dhunseri Tea & Petrochem Ltd., Hindustan Motors Ltd. and Development Consultant Group. Currently, he is working as a Group COO of a Dubai Based Group having business interests in IT, Education, Medical & Real Estate both in Dubai and in India. He is currently member of the Board of Directors of Kontest Chemicals Ltd. & DI Laboratories Limited (which are part of Development Consultant Group). He has wide experience in the area of Banking, Treasury Management, Taxation, Accounts, Audit, Commercial, Legal etc.

Nikhil Sehgal

Graduate from BITS Pilani in civil engineering with experience in construction of cement plants and railways. He has been an advocate of working with new construction methodologies and taking on the challenges of the construction industry. He has experience of executing both greenfield and brown field projects. He joined the organization as Operations manager and now is working as Chief Executive ( Technology & Consulting).
